The $97 is not everything. Your bots send messages, make calls and use AI, and those cost money on top. You pay for what you actually use.
The AI is the one that grows the most. A busy account often costs more in AI than it does in everything else, which is why there is a flat $127 option below. When your bots are busy, that usually works out cheaper and it stops your bill moving every month.
We are telling you now because a surprise on your card is a horrible way to find out. Every single thing you can be charged for is on this page. Nothing else exists.

The part that moves with your activity
This comes out of a prepaid balance as you go. Texts carry a small network surcharge set by the person's mobile carrier. The rate below already includes it, so nothing extra turns up on your bill.

How does the prepaid balance work?
You keep a small balance inside your account and usage draws it down as it happens. When it runs low it tops up automatically by an amount you choose, so a campaign never stops halfway through.
Do I need the Unlimited AI plan?
Not at the start. When you are new, AI on usage is cheaper. Once your bots are having conversations every day it flips, and the flat $127 becomes both cheaper and predictable. We watch your account and tell you when the switch makes sense. You are never moved onto it without being asked.
What counts as one text?
160 characters. A longer message is sent as two or three, and each one is charged. Messages you receive are charged at the same rate as messages you send.
Why is there a registration fee for texting?
US carriers require every business sending automated texts to register its number. It is their fee, not ours, and we pass it through at cost. Without it your texts get blocked.
Can I cancel?
Any month. Send one email and it stops. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. The $997 build fee is not refunded, so please be sure before you start.
Are these rates the same outside the US?
No. The rates on this page are for the United States and Canada. Other countries have different carrier costs. Ask us and we will tell you what yours would be.
Is there anything else you charge for?
No. Everything is on this page. If we ever add something, you will hear it from us before it appears on your card.
