Pricing
One monthly fee for your system, plus what you actually spend on messages and calls. No bundles. No minimums. A quiet month costs you less than a busy one.
Read this bit properly.
The $97 is not everything. Your bots send messages and make calls, and those cost money on top. You pay for what you actually use.
We are telling you now because a surprise on your card is a horrible way to find out. Every single thing you can be charged for is on this page. Nothing else exists.
Every month
Your account fee covers the system itself. The two optional add-ons below can be turned off any time.
| Item | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Your account | $97 / month | Website, funnels, calendar, CRM, automations, hosting and our support. |
| Phone number | $1.27 / month | Your own local number for calls and texts. |
| Text message registrationRequired | $1.65–$11.55 / month | Keeps your number approved to send automated texts. US carriers require this. The amount depends on your volume. |
| Unlimited AIOptional | $127 / month | Unlimited replies from your bots. Without it, replies are billed on usage. Ask us which works out cheaper for you. |
| WhatsAppOptional | $29 / month | Adds WhatsApp as a channel. Conversations are billed on top, see the usage table below. |
Once, at setup
Then you rarely think about them again.
| Item | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Text message registration | $25.80 once | Carrier approval for your number. A regulatory fee we pass straight through. Every business sending automated texts in the US pays it. |
| Domain name | $8–$25 / year | Your web address. The price depends on the name you choose, and it is free if you already own one. |
What you use
This comes out of a prepaid balance as you go. Texts carry a small network surcharge set by the person’s mobile carrier. The rate below already includes it, so nothing extra turns up on your bill.
| Item | Rate | What $10 buys you |
|---|---|---|
| Text messages | $0.012–$0.014 | About 750 texts, sent and received, per 160 characters. |
| Outbound calls | $0.0183 / min | About 545 minutes of calls you make from the system. |
| Inbound calls | $0.0128 / min | About 780 minutes of calls coming in to your number. |
| $0.0007 / email | About 14,285 emails, broadcasts and automated sends. | |
| $0.0777 | About 130 conversations. Charged per 24 hour conversation, not per message. | |
| Email verification | $0.0026 / check | About 3,845 checks. Confirms an address is real before you send. |
Say you text 200 new leads, exchange a few messages with each, take a handful of calls, and send two email broadcasts to 500 people.
That lands around $110 for the month.
A busier month costs more. A quiet month costs less. That is the whole rule.

Straight answers
You keep a small balance inside your account and usage draws it down as it happens. When it runs low it tops up automatically by an amount you choose, so a campaign never stops halfway through.
160 characters. A longer message counts as two or three, and you are charged for texts you receive as well as texts you send.
Most people do not. Your bot only replies when a lead writes in, so unless you are handling a high volume of conversations, paying per use usually works out cheaper. We will look at your numbers with you before you decide.
US carriers require every business number sending automated texts to be registered. It is not ours and we do not mark it up. We pass through what it costs. Without it your texts will not get delivered.
Yes. It is month to month, with no contract and no cancellation fee. Your domain stays yours.
Calling and texting rates are set by carriers and change from country to country. Everything else stays the same. Tell us where you are based and we will confirm your rates before you launch.
No. Everything you can ever be billed for is on this page. If a charge is not here, it does not exist.
